Note from Dr. Colm
Dear Colleague,
The way we respond to students, to fellow employees and to the
public at large affects the University's image. Thinking of ourselves
as "consumers," and not just as providers of services, can enhance our
image as a University on the move: efficient, well-organized and
hospitable to diverse groups.
This UpDate supplement highlights a number of programs that can
help you better serve colleagues and students. It also describes the
employee development offerings that will be available this fall. I
encourage you to carefully review the program descriptions, and then,
to enroll in those sessions which further your professional interests
and those of the University.
