Agricultural changes

     William Ritter (left), a specialist in waste management and water
quality, has been named interim chair of the Department of
Agricultural Engineering at the College of Agricultural Sciences.
William Saylor is new associate dean of the college and associate
director of the Agricultural Experiment Station.
