23 unacceptable reasons for not attending diversity education workshops

     * Don't be ridiculous!
     * That's impossible!
     * It's not our business.
     * It's not our style.
     * We have no time for that.
     * Let's go back to reality.
     * We are not ready for that.
     * It's not in the budget.
     * Why change it if it works?
     * It'll be hard to sell.
     * That's too big for us.
     * We've never done it before.
     * We've tried it before.
     * It's too expensive.
     * It's too big a change.
     * You can't teach an old dog new tricks.
     * It's not our problem.
     * People will laugh at us.
     * Has anybody ever tried it?
     * We do the best we can.
     * We've done without it.
     * You are two years ahead of your time.
     * If it were good we'd have already used it.
