Hall closings
Students must move from the residence halls by 10 p.m., Friday,
May 29, unless they have a final examination scheduled that evening
and have registered with their hall directors.
Graduating seniors who reside on campus must move from their
rooms no later than 5 p.m., Saturday, May 30.
Faculty members with questions pertaining to residence hall
closings should contact hall directors.
Calendar errors
The pocket calendar, "Directory of Publishers and Faculty
Planner" for 1991-1992, has several errors. There are date and
day-of-the-week errors in the months of May, June and August.
The calendar was distributed free to faculty in September. Steven
Dentel, associate professor of civil engineering, noticed the errors
after nearly booking a flight to Europe on the wrong day.
BEST deadline
Applications are being accepted from professors and graduate
students for entry into BEST North America, an international database
containing individual accounts of research expertise and interests.
The database will be viewed by companies looking for consultants
and colleagues from other universities interested in collaborating on
research.
Entry in BEST North America also includes entry in BEST Delaware,
a version of the same program that includes only members from the
University community.
BEST North America also includes a section for graduate students.
There is no charge for the initial batch of entries submitted by
the University. Application deadline is May 1. Later entries will cost
$25 each.
For more information, call Deanna Benson at 831-2136.

Community Showcase of Performers Inc., also will be featured. They

University.
