Preferential perks for Blue Hens

     The Blue Hen Conference Rates package is another option for the
University community to encourage use of conference facilities at reduced
rates. Discounts may be used on any University-sponsored event, providing
that all charges are paid by journal voucher to a University account and no
fee is charged to participants.
     A 30 percent discount on all conference room and audiovisual equipment
rentals and a 15 percent discount on all served meals, excluding alcoholic
beverages, are available. Conference organizers also have the option of
using their own audiovisual equipment.
     These discounts apply at the conference facilities at Goodstay,
Wilcastle, Arsht Hall, Clayton Hall and the Virden Center.
     In addition, there are no 15 percent service or gratuity charges,
normally billed to the general public, no rental for a room where a meal or
reception is held and no charge for a building coordinator.
