Direct deposit service expanding

The University has made arrangements to expand its service for direct
deposit of employee paychecks and medical and flexible spending account
reimbursements.
Effective April 1, this convenient service will be available to all
employees, including students.
Current and prospective direct depositors may now have their pay
deposited to any financial institution that is a member of the National
Automated Clearing House, which includes approximately 95 percent of
financial institutions in the U.S.
To initiate this service, a direct deposit authorization form must be
completed and forwarded, with a copy of a voided check or pre-printed
deposit slip, to the Payroll Department. The first payroll deposit will
occur four to six weeks after payroll receives the documents.
To participate students must appear in person with a photo I.D. at the
payroll office, 222 South Chapel St.
Copies of the direct deposit authorization form are available from
department business offices or by calling 831-2177.
