Employee Development and Training
Introduction

     This Employee Development announcement includes training and
development programs for March, April and May. In addition, this
insert provides information about salaried staff career development
initiatives recently undertaken by the Office of Employee
Relations. Inside, you will find the newly approved salaried staff
career opportunities policy, an update on the changes in the
salaried staff career matrix and information about services and
resources available at the Career Resource Center.
     To assist in your career development planning, there is a
listing of references available from the Morris Library and
comments from three secretarial trainers regarding their career
enhancement experiences.
     Lastly, Employee Development announces E-Mail registration
directly from the Bulletin Board listing of programs (details
below).
