Edwin H. "Toby" Clark II, secretary of the Delaware Department of
Natural Resources and Environmental Control, presents a $215,000
check to President David P. Roselle, to fund a two-year program
designed to help small businesses reduce waste generated from
manufacturing and operating procedures. Also participating in the
program is the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, represented at
the Feb. 5 check presentation by its president, John M. Burris (far
left). The program will use expertise in the College of
Engineering, and campus coordinator is civil engineering Prof.
Herbert E. Allen.
