Football playoff tickets on sale

     The University of Delaware has been named a host site Nov. 30
for one of the eight opening-round games to be held in the 1991
NCAA Division I-AA National Championship Football Tournament.
     Delaware, a co-champion of the Yankee Conference with a 10-1
regular season record, will find out the name of its opponent on
Sunday, Nov. 24, when the entire 16-team field will be announced.
     Ticket prices for the Delaware Stadium contest will be $15 for
reserved seats, $17 for box seats and $8 for seating in the end
zone.
     There will be no telephone or mail orders. All tickets must be
purchased in person at the ticket office in Delaware Field House.
     Tickets are on sale from 8:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m., Thursday and
Friday, Nov. 21 and 22; from noon-4 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 23; from
8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Wednesday, Nov. 25-27; from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.,
Friday, Nov. 29, and from 9-11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 30. There will
be no ticket sales on Thanksgiving Day.
     If any tickets remain, they will be on sale at Delaware
Stadium, beginning at 11 a.m. the day of the game. Kickoff is
scheduled at 12:30 p.m.
     The national championship game is scheduled Dec. 21 at Georgia
Southern University in Statesboro, Ga., located approximately 50
miles northwest of Savannah.
