New study sites set across campus

In an effort to satisfy student demand for additional study
sites, a number of locations throughout campus have been designated
as study halls for the balance of the semester.
Rooms in the Perkins Student Center, residence and dining
halls and several classrooms are included in the program.
The Alumni Room and the East Lounge of the Perkins Student
Center are both available a varying times for student use.
Residence halls on Central, East, West and Laird campuses
have arranged for study areas that will be available 24 hours a
day. However, lounges and rooms in residence halls are to be used
by building residents and invited guests only. Two residence hall
sites-the Christiana Commons meeting room and Dickinson C/D
computer room-are open to all University students.
Most residence hall students will have access to a study room
without having to leave the building. Students with questions about
locations should check with their resident assistants or residence
hall directors.
Classroom building sites include rooms 022, 024-026 and 044 in
Purnell Hall; rooms 002-004 and 220 in Smith Hall; and rooms
115-116 in Newark Hall.
In cooperation with the Resident Student Association, Rodney
and Kent dining halls are designated as study areas from 8 p.m.-
midnight, every day.
For specific times, students should check at the individual
sites.
