The Bob Carpenter Sports/Convocation Center is beginning to take
shape above ground. The first of several tall, concrete walls can
be seen rising at the south end of Delaware Stadium. When
completed, a glass-walled observation room will enable guests to
view both the indoor basketball arena and the action taking place
on the football field.
