Services available to individuals, departments

The Department of Public Safety offers a variety of services, including messenger service, limo runs, bank runs, parking validation, medical transports and others.

Each department that wishes to use these services must provide authorization by completing a "Standing Request for Services" form. A separate form must be completed for each account code used.

All deliveries are required to have a "Messenger Request Form" completed in full and attached to the package. These forms are available from Central Stores.

Any reverse and/or third party billing, if desired, should be clearly noted on the "Messenger Request Form."

Each individual user has the responsibility for rectifying reverse charge and/or third party billing discrepancies with the department who requested the charge.

The night shift Security Services division provides many services, including event security, escorts and building checks, among others. Anyone who requires event security or special services must submit a "Request for Services" form. A separate form must be completed for each account code used.
