CHANGES MADE IN TRAVEL AWARD PROGRAM
The Center for International Studies has announced several changes in its International Travel Award (ITA) program for the 2001-2002 academic year, including an increase in funding levels from $200 to $500. The number of annual award cycles will decrease from four to three, with application deadlines due Feb. 1 and May 31, 2002.
Eligible applicants include all full-time faculty participating in an international conference. In exceptional circumstances, funding may be provided for graduate students. Awards to faculty are limited to one per academic year, and awardees will be selected by a faculty committee and notified within 21 days of each deadline cycle.
For more information, or to download ITA applications, which must be submitted prior to the date of travel, visit the web site at [http://www.udel. edu/IntlProg] or contact Bahram Rajaee at 831-2852.
