Faculty Senate holds final fall semester meeting The University Faculty Senate, in its final meeting of the fall semester Dec. 4, unanimously approved a resolution requesting permanent status for the major and bachelor's degree in environmental engineering. In other business, the senate unanimously passed two announcements for challenge, without discussion. One implements program revisions to the major in applied math and the math master's degrees, and the other makes program revisions to the major in mathematics education. The Department of Physical Therapy also announced a proposal to change its program admission requirements, including reducing the amount of volunteer or paid clinical experience in physical therapy from 200 hours to 100 hours. |
