Don't let the winter break disrupt communication lines

To insure continued flow of information during winter break, individuals can take a number of steps to maintain both computer and voice communication with correspondents. Before leaving campus, remember to:

• Forward e-mail to your personal ISP account (if appropriate);

• Unsubscribe from mailing lists;

• Prepare computer connections to UD's network from off campus;

• Set up the "vacation" program for Pine or Netscape e-mail; and

• Record a new voice mail message to indicate dates of departure and return.

For step-by-step instructions, link to the Help Center's web site at [http://www.udel.edu/help/]. Check the "Preparing for the Break" section.
