A University-owned home is available for rent to faculty or professional and salaried staff.

The unfurnished house, located at 61 West Delaware Ave., is within walking distance of the campus and has three or four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Rent is $925 per month, plus utilities.

The arrangement is favorable to new faculty or staff as the lease can be terminated when a new home is purchased.
