The unfurnished house, located at 61 West Delaware Ave., is within walking distance of the campus and has three or four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Rent is $925 per month, plus utilities. The lease arrangement is favorable to new faculty or staff as the lease can be terminated when the tenant purchases a new home.
