Farm & Home Field Day Aug. 8

Farm and Home Field Day will be held from 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 8, at UD's Research and Education Center in Georgetown.

The annual event offers fun-filled educational activities for children and adults, including field tours by wagon and interactive exhibits and demonstrations, including activities and displays related to Sussex County Safe Kids Day. Lunch tickets are available for $6.

A free forest management tour will be offered by the Delaware Forestry Association at the end of Farm and Home Field Day.
