Nominations due by March 20 for Newark AAUW award

The Newark Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) will present its annual $250 award on Honors Day, May 4, to an outstanding senior woman at UD who will graduate this May. The recipient also will be recognized at the May meeting of the Newark Branch AAUW.

Principal criteria include academic achievement (with a minimum index of 3.25) and leadership in volunteer service, not only on campus but also for the greater Newark area or her home community.

Applications are available in the Office of Women's Affairs and are due in that office by March 20. The recipient will be notified in April.
