Journal Voucher EZForm to be available on the web

After Oct. 31, the EMC2 e-mail program will be unavailable on the MVS computer.

A web version of the Journal Voucher (JV) EZForm will be available Oct. 20.

The web version has added features to make the form more user friendly. Some of the new features include:

a validation option for certain information prior to submission, such as total debits and credits,
immediate notification of errors when submit option is selected and
automatic population of account titles.

The EMC2 version of the JV will be available through Oct. 31, but users are encouraged to use the new web form.

"An Introduction to the Web JV" demonstration will be held at 3 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 20, in Room 120 Smith Hall. No registration is required.
