| Help Wanted! On Aug. 26 The Arrival Survival Team needs YOUto help freshmen, transfer students (and their parents) move their luggage and belongings into residence halls on New Student Check-in Day, Saturday, Aug. 26.
Volunteers are needed for the following positions: * Luggage luggers for four-or eight-hour shifts at every campus area except North Central, * Lobby greeters for four- or eight-hour shifts to meet and greet students and parents in residence hall lobbies, and * Team leaders, who arrive a few minutes early to take attendance and to help out as luggage luggers or lobby greeters as time permits. According to Susan Martin, residence life, who is coordinating the team, more than 500 people are needed for the Arrival Survival Team, and the service is much appreciated by new students and their parents.
