The Delaware chapter of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars will hold its induction ceremony tonight in the Trabant University Center for members and invited guests. Gov. Thomas R. Carper will be the keynote speaker.
The honorary organization, which is dedicated to service, leadership and scholarship, has more than 1,000 members who have earned a 3.4 grade point average during their freshman or sophomore years. This year, the UD chapter won the National Chapter of the Year award.
