New purchasing cards on the way
| Employees should keep in mind that the current Visa Purchasing Cards with an expiration date of "04/00" can be used through April 30. New cards will be distributed starting next week. Once the new card is received, the old card should be cut up and thrown away.
Also, when users view charges for UDMart orders from Corporate Express on the web, they will find the UDMart order number printed in the Level 2 field of the charge allocation screen. This can be useful when matching on-line charges to the orders they relate to. |
