AAUW book sale this weekend

The 31st annual Dollars for Scholars Used Book Sale, sponsored by the Wilmington Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW), will be held Thursday through Sunday, March 9-12, at the Concord Mall, on Route 202, during the mall’s regular hours. More than 45,000 books are for sale, many in excellent condition. The proceeds benefit AAUW’s scholarship fund and national fellowships. Since 1914, the Wilmington Branch has given 495 scholarships to Delaware women. Last year, 16 scholarships totaling $33,000 were awarded, including five to UD students.
