Five thousand copies of this poster, entitled Encore, are being distributed in honor of the basketball team's successful back-to-back championship seasons in the America East Conference during 1998 and 1999. The full-color poster also represents the current 1999-2000 team's efforts to win the championship and achieve a "three-peat" this season. Copies of the poster will be available to UD fans at the home game against Hofstra University on Sunday, Jan. 9- News Journal Youth Day-at The Bob. They also will be sent to some basketball team sponsors and supporters in the area. The photograph was taken this fall by Robert Cohen, public relations, and the artwork was designed and production coordinated by Molly Chappell, Information Technologies/Media Services. Tuxedoes were provided by Formal Affairs on Main Street in Newark.
