The talk is part of the of UD's Global Agenda lecture series, “Boiling Point: International Politics of Climate Change.”
The last Global Agenda lecture of the semester is slated for 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 14, in Mitchell Hall. Maj. Gen. Richard L. Engel, deputy U.S. national security officer for science and technology in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, will address the implications for U.S. national security of climate change.
