Weather forecast prompts move indoors
2:11 p.m., May 15, 2008--Friday's Senior Day festivities will be held in Mulitpurpose Rooms A, B and C of the Trabant University Center--instead on the North Green, as originally planned--because of forecasts of inclement weather, Marilyn Prime, student centers director, has announced.

The event will still take place from 2-5 p.m., and comedians Todd Blass and Seth Kirschner, two recent UD alums and former members of the Rubber Chickens, will still star as the guest emcees. Prizes, also, will remain the same, as will the headlining musical act, Kristen and the Noise.

Seniors who register online at [www.udel.edu/contest] will be entered in drawings to win various prizes, including a flat-screen TV, TiVos, GPS navigation systems, a mountain bike and gift certificates to area restaurants, prizes from Boscov's and much more. Seniors, who must be present to claim prizes, also have the chance to win the grand prize of a Pontiac G5 from NuCar Pontiac Buick GMC.

In addition, all UD students, faculty and staff are eligible to win a Nintendo Wii. Be sure to register at [www.udel.edu/contest].
