11:38 a.m., March 7, 2008--University Police are investigating a strong-arm robbery that occurred around 9:40 p.m., Thursday, March 6, outside the Bob Carpenter Center.

At the conclusion of the boys high school basketball semifinal games, a 16-year-old woman was standing outside The Bob when she was approached by four teenage women who began to assault her. She dropped her cell phone and purse during the assault, and the suspects fled with both. She suffered a minor laceration to her upper lip, contusions to the head and scratches to her upper back and neck.
