3:29 p.m., March 20, 2008--The University will offer Sakai as its only LMS platform for the fall 2010 semester:

• Currently, about 20 faculty members are using Sakai for their classes;
• Sakai training will be provided beginning in June 2008;
• New faculty who wish to use a Learning Management System (LMS) will use Sakai;
• Additional faculty will migrate to Sakai during subsequent academic terms; and
• By the spring 2010 semester, the vast majority of courses using an LMS should be using Sakai.
