4:20 p.m., March 12, 2008--The fourth annual Friends of Delaware Lacrosse golf outing to benefit the Fightin' Blue Hens men's lacrosse team will be held Friday, April 18, at The Club at Patriots Glen in Elkton, Md.

This year's event will honor the first varsity men's lacrosse team at UD, which took the field in 1948.

Registration and a cookout will begin at 11:30 a.m., with the putting green and driving range available. There will be a shotgun start in scramble format at 12:30 p.m., and a social hour honoring the 1948 Blue Hens at 5:30 p.m.
