3:40 p.m., Dec. 11, 2007--Get on the Blue Hen bandwagon before the game against Appalachian State University and join fellow football fans at the official UD Championship Pregame Gathering and Pep Rally from 3-7:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 14, at the First Tennessee Pavilion, adjacent to Finley Stadium in Chattanooga. Look for the Blue and Gold!

The schedule is:

• 3-7:30 p.m.--UD Cheerleaders, YoUDee and the tuba section of the Fightin' Blue Hen Marching Band will be on hand to add to school spirit and get fans ready to cheer on the Hens. There will be give-aways for fans, including UD rally towels, pom poms, buttons, T-shirts, wigs and face tattoos, plus a special area to make spirit signs for the game. NCAA Fan Fest and the Coca-Cola Spirit of Champions are open to the public, and No Registration is required;
• 4:30-6:15 p.m.--Special buffet tailgate with beverages and lots of food is available for $25 per person, $10 for children 12 and under. Register online at [www.udel.edu/alumnieventreg]; and
• 6:15-6:45 p.m.--A UD Pep Rally, open to the public, will be held with special performance by the Fightin' Blue Hen Marching Band, the UD Cheerleaders and YoUDee, with appearances by UD President Patrick Harker and other special guests.
