3:24 p.m., Aug. 20, 2007--Vita Nova is now accepting reservations for the fall semester.

The Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management (HRIM) student-run restaurant will be open for lunch 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., starting Tuesday, Sept. 4, and for dinner 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m., starting Wednesday, Sept. 5.

Located on the second floor of the Trabant University Center, Vita Nova is open for lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Mondays-Fridays, and for dinner from 5:30-7:30 p.m., Wednesdays-Fridays.

The Darden Bistro, HRIM's specialty wine bar, will open from 5:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m., Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays starting Sept. 4.
