Unity Day at UD slated for April 21
3:40 p.m., March 20, 2006--In response to hate incidents that have occurred on and around campus this year, a student committee is sponsoring a campus-wide Unity Day beginning at 2 p.m., Friday, April 21, on the North Green.
The event, which will include student performances, music, giveaways and a keynote speaker, is intended to bring the entire campus community together to show a unified front against hate and promote tolerance and acceptance.
All UD students, faculty and staff are invited and encouraged to attend this event.
