Delaware Lacrosse golf outing planned April 21 2:23 p.m., March 6, 2006--Alumni and friends of the University of Delaware men's lacrosse program will hold the second annual Friends of Delaware Lacrosse golf outing on Friday, April 21, at Patriots Glen near Elkton, Md. This year's event will honor Bill "Coop" Cooper, a longtime equipment manager for the UD athletics program. Festivities will continue on campus at 3 p.m., Saturday, April 22, when Fightin' Blue Hens alumni take on their counterparts from Villanova University in a tune-up for the varsity match between the two schools at Rullo Stadium. The varsity teams will take the field for a Colonial Athletic Association contest at 7 p.m. Throughout the weekend, lacrosse alumni of the Class of 1986 will be recognized as they celebrate their 20-year reunion.
