Talk on religious liberty March 6 4:15 p.m., March 1, 2006--UD's Secular Student Alliance (SSA) is sponsoring a lecture entitled “Religious Imposition or Freedom of Speech: Christian Controversy at the Air Force Academy,” at 7 p.m., Monday, March 6, in 122 Memorial Hall. Prof. Kristen Leslie, of Yale Divinity School, will give the lecture. Recently, there have been many accusations of infringement on religious liberty at the Air Force. Leslie was in charge of a team brought in by the academy to investigate the allegations, and she will be talking about what her team found. The lecture, which is free and open to members of the University community, is co-sponsored by the College Democrats, Phi Alpha Delta, Hillel Student Life and the Muslim Students' Association.
