Blue & Gold to host 'California '70s' dinner

3:33 p.m., March 21, 2006--UD's Blue & Gold Club will host a “California '70s” spring break dinner from 5-8 p.m., Thursday, March 23.

The menu will feature West Coast cuisine, including chicken and lemongrass soup, gingered honey-lime chicken, baked pacific salmon with cucumber tomato relish and sautéed snow peas with water chestnuts and diced red pepper.
