10:15 a.m., March 13, 2006--Three University of Delaware students and a recent graduate turned themselves into Newark Police on Friday, March 10, and were charged with unlicensed sale of alcohol to an undercover police officer and to several minors.

The charges stem from an investigation of the beer pong tournament the four organized on Friday, March 3, at 55 Ritter Lane.

Charged with six counts of providing alcohol to a minor, two counts of selling liquor without a license and one count of conspiracy third degree were Jeffrey C. Tuzzolino, 22, a 2005 UD graduate from Newark; Brian P. Daniell, 23, a senior from Haskell, N.J.; Michael B. Cooksey, 22, a senior from Fredericka; and Daniel A. Cooper, 23, a senior from Harrington.

If the students are convicted, they will be processed through the University Judicial System.
