UD’s Walsh named CAA Rookie of Week

11:11 a.m., Nov. 3, 2004--University of Delaware freshman volleyball standout Colleen Walsh has been named the Colonial Athletic Association Rookie of the Week for the second time this season.

Walsh helped lead the Fightin’ Blue Hens to consecutive victories against Howard University, the University of North Carolina Wilmington and the College of William and Mary.

Walsh had nine service aces against Howard, and 26 total kills in the three matches.
