Premium meal deals offered at Pencader

2:01 p.m., Nov. 18, 2004--Premium meals now being offered in Pencader Dining Hall promise premium-dining choices for UD students. For an added fee, students may select a special entrée, along with separate side dishes and desserts, using their meal plans, points or FLEX. The entrée will vary from week to week and could include such specialties as steak or lobster.

The first premium meal will be offered Monday, Nov. 22, when, in addition to regular dinner selections, twin crab cakes will be featured on the menu. More premium meals are planned in the future.

Premium meals are being offered at UD in response to student requests for more variety, according to Douglas Quattrini, general manager of dining services.
