Comedian Dan Kamin on campus Friday
Kamin, who will teach a master class at 1:35 p.m. in Room 207 at the Amy E. DuPont Music Building, will preface his class with a The master class, which will include UDs Lawrence Stomberg playing Bachs First Cello Suite, will highlight Kamins musical movement routine, a mime act for which he is best known. Kamin, who has been described as part Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin, mixed with Marcel Marceau, Andy Kaufman and Steve Martin, has trained actors Johnny Depp and Robert Downey Jr. for their own acclaimed performances. Both Kamins performance and master class, which are cosponsored by the Delaware Symphony Association and Pennsylvania Performing Artists on Tour, are free and open to the public.
