Latin cabaret and fiesta set Friday

2:06 p.m., Oct. 13, 2004--UD’s Office of Latino and Latin American Heritage will present “A Cabaret and Fiesta Latina,” from 9 p.m.-1 a.m., Friday, Oct. 15, in the Multipurpose Room of the Trabant University Center.

Featured performers for this night of Latin music include:

  • Cabaret, 9-11 p.m., with Gloria Allende, who performs jazz blended with a soulful Latin twist. The cabaret also will feature Latin dancing by Salseros Unidos.
  • Fiesta Latina, 11 p.m.-1 a.m., a dance party with the hot Latin and urban sounds of DJ Pulse.
