Hotel rooms available for Commencement

5:19 p.m., March 18, 2005--A limited number of rooms have just become available for spring Commencement at the Courtyard Newark-University of Delaware, the University’s new hotel on the Laird Campus. Commencement is scheduled on Saturday, May 28.

Even though the hotel’s web site indicates that it’s “sold out,” a limited number of graduation weekend guest rooms have become available at a special rate of $209 per night, with a two-night minimum.

The Courtyard Newark, which opened in November, is a great location for friends and family to stay for this very special event, according to manager Bill Sullivan.

For further information, call the hotel direct at (302) 391-2266 and ask for Alexis Albanese, sales representative. Or, e-mail her at [aalbanes@udel.edu].

For more information about the hotel, visit [www.udel.edu/hotel].
