Engineering alums invited to tailgate Sept. 11 3:20 p.m., Aug. 12, 2004--The Engineering Alumni Association is inviting college alumni to a pre-game tailgate, beginning at 5 p.m. and football game at 7 p.m., when the Blue Hens battle the Towson Tigers on Saturday, Sept. 11, at Delaware Stadium. The deadline for ticket orders is Friday, Aug. 20, and game tickets can be picked up at the tailgate from 5-7 p.m. Tickets to the game cost $16. The tailgate costs $10 per person and includes turkey, chili, buffalo wings, beer boiled quarter-pound hot dogs, red skin potato salad, marinated vegetable medley, cornbread, dessert, bottled water, soda and iced tea. A cash bar will be available.
