Memorial for Vernon Svatos July 18

11:44 a.m., July 14, 2004--A celebration of the life of Vernon C. Svatos, assistant policy scientist in the Water Resources Agency at UD, will be held from 3-5 p.m., Sunday, July 18, at Brew-HaHa on Main Street in Newark. All friends and family are welcome to attend.

Mr. Svatos died at his home July 3 after a battle with lung cancer.
