New UDirectory ready for pick up

3:39 p.m., Sept. 13, 2004--The popular New UDirectory 2004-05, featuring the Class of 2008 and transfer students, is here after a slight delay caused by late submissions.

Copies can be picked up from the Office of Public Relations in the Academy Building at 105 East Main St., from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Mondays through Fridays. Entrance to the lobby is at the rear of the building.

All students who ordered the books have been notified by e-mail, and students can request that their copies be sent to their campus addresses by answering the e-mail and including their names and complete campus addresses.

There are some extra copies of the UDirectory available for $24.99 for students who did not order them in advance.

Parents’ and grandparents’ copies are being mailed directly to them.

Sponsored by the Delaware Undergraduate Student Congress and published by UD’s Office of Public Relations, the New UDirectory is a useful tool for new students and parents. It features photographs and brief bios of members of the Class of 2008 and transfer students and is full of information on student organizations, web sites to watch and other areas of student life. There also are photographs of UD’s campus and special coupons from local merchants.

For more information, call Sheri Sutton, Public Relations, at (302) 831-1081 or send e-mail to [Public Relations@udel.edu].
