Jewish high-holiday services set 11:29 a.m., Sept. 9, 2004--The Kristol Center for Jewish Life at the University of Delaware/Hillel Foundation invites faculty and students to Reform and Conservative services for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Reform Rosh Hashanah services will be held at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 15, and at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 16. Conservative services begin at 9:30 a.m., on Friday, Sept. 17. All services will be held in the Trabant University Center Multi-Purpose Rooms. Yom Kippur services begin at 6:30 p.m., Friday, Sept. 24, and at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 25, with Conservative services in the Gallery and Reform services in the Collins Room. Afternoon services start at 5 p.m., with Conservative services in the Ewing Room and Reform services in the Rodney Room. The Reform ceremony will include a healing service. After afternoon services, Reform and Conservative worshippers will come together for Ne'ilah services. Services are free to University students. However, to defray the cost of services, Kristol Center is requesting a donation of $50 per holiday for nonstudents.
