UD has a new computer equipment repair contractor 11:22 a.m., July 8, 2004--As of June 30, computer hardware maintenance services at the University are being provided by Intec Computer Solutions (ICS). ICS also provides repair services based on time and material for noncontract equipment. All maintenance contracts at UD expired at the end of the fiscal year, so any department interested in purchasing or continuing to have a computer hardware maintenance contract must fill out and submit new forms to ICS.
