Relaxation class set March 2

4:34 p.m., Feb. 28, 2005--A relaxation class on basic yoga and breathing techniques is set for 7 p.m., Wednesday, March 2, in the Alumni Lounge of the Perkins Student Center.

Participants are asked to wear nonrestrictive, comfortable clothing, and complimentary organic refreshments will be available at the end of the class.

The free event is one of several Wednesday evening classes planned for the spring semester by SOHL. Other class topics include feng shui, yoga, aromatherapy, massage therapy, organic dieting, herbal therapy, reiki, chiropractics, nutrition and organic dieting.
