Engagement Calendar now at UD Bookstore

2:42 p.m., Dec. 23, 2004--For those who want to combine practicality with beauty, the 2005 University of Delaware Engagement Calendar, featuring selected artworks from UD’s Paul R. Jones Collection, is now available.

Sold at HenEssentials and online through the University Bookstore web site [http://udel.bkstore.com/default.asp?m=0301], the calendars are priced at $19.95. The calendars also will be available, while supplies last, at all UD Bookstore locations beginning Monday, Jan. 3. (Click here for the Bookstore’s holiday schedule.)

Graced with more than 104 full-page and inset color photographs of various works selected from UD’s Paul R. Jones Collection, the desk calendars offer a week-at-a-glance format and ample note-taking space for each day.

The calendars also include background about Jones and the collection, as well as a quick reference guide of commonly used University resources. A page also is included for users to enter their own frequently called contacts. UD’s Graphic Communications Center printed the publication, which was designed by Barbara Broge, assistant director of Creative Services in the Office of Public Relations.
