Cash transmittal forms go online

2:31 p.m., June 21, 2004--As of Thursday, July 1, paper cash transmittal forms will no longer be accepted by the cashier’s office. Cash transmittal forms are going online as part of the University’s conversion to the PeopleSoft Financial Information Management System.

To aid in the transition, UD’s PeopleSoft training and communication team is offering three training sessions. The team urges those who prepare or approve cash transmittal forms to attend one of the following sessions held in 140 Smith Hall.

  • Thursday, June 24, 10-11:30 a.m.
  • Monday, June 28, 1:30-3 p.m.
  • Thursday, July 8, 10-11:30 a.m.

Those attending a session will receive handouts with complete instructions for using the new web form.

To register, e-mail Missy Keane at [mkeane@udel.edu]. Include name, department and date of the session desired.
